The shy 43-years old Fatima Namoura from Dura village in Hebron has a small-scale family business in dairy production of butter and dried yogurt. She has eight sheep and has been working in her business for two years now. She is a mother of three daughters and five sons living in Dura village (Hebron), she completed her BA in primary education.

Fatima indicated that she was hesitant to participate in the training, as she is not a social person, but as she said that the support of the trainer helped her to better engage and participate in the training. She also used to give away dairy products to her friends and neighbors for free without calculating profit or loss.
